Everything you need to know about renting jet skis for maximum water fun

  • Please make sure to arrive 25 minutes early prior to your ride time to allow enough time to fill out all necessary waivers and forms and to go through rules and regulations. Please take time to read over them before checking in - Click HERE.

    We offer a 15-minute grace period from the start of your reservation; after that, your booking may be canceled or rescheduled, your reservation payment will not be refunded.

    Please make sure to bring a valid Driver's License and Credit Card.

  • You must be 18 years old or older to rent a jet ski for yourself or someone else.

    Riders who are 14-17 years old must ride with someone 18 years old or older at all times.

  • You must pass and bring your temporary or permanent boating certificate for anyone who wants to drive the jet ski.

    Anyone who is born before January 1st, 1988 and driving the jet ski, does NOT need a boating license. Anyone born on or after January 1st, 1988 will need the boating license.

    If you need a temporary license, please take the test at least 24 hours before your reservation, it only takes 15-30 minutes:

  • Paradise Jetskis Rentals is open everyday from 8am to 6pm, no one can be on the water after 7pm. Please allow enough time to return in time and avoid penalties.

  • If the weather doesn't allow for your ride, we will work with you to reschedule for another day. If you are unable to reschedule, we can issue a full refund or provide you with a coupon to bring back at a different time.

  • You can cancel up to 72 hours before your starting time of your reservation for a full refund. You will need to call the store to cancel at 850-860-0049.

    • Cut-off times are based on Destin Florida local time.
    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled rental are non-refundable.
    • Reservations may be rescheduled or refunded only in the event of severe weather that makes it unsafe or impossible to operate, as determined by Paradise Jet Ski Rentals. Light rain, cloudy conditions, or passing showers do not qualify for weather-related cancellations.
    • Paradise Jet Ski Rentals reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make exceptions to this policy under extraordinary circumstances.

  • Yes! Paradise Jet Ski Rentals offers all military and first responders a 10% off discount. To receive that discount you must call in to reserve and provide proof of status in person before making payment.
